Tests under the UL Standards in the U.S.

Under the UL Standards, which represent major safety standards in the U.S., manufacturers of fire protection doors are required to test their products by spraying water immediately after heating and verify that significant defects which may affect safety in fire extinguishing operations do not arise. Tests at NEG have proven that FireLite meets the rigorous UL Standards.

About the UL Standards:
The UL Standards, which are set by Underwriters Laboratories Inc. (a U.S. certification organization), are intended to guarantee product safety.
Products that are exported to and sold in the U.S. are required to meet the standards.
